4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf to deliver the Service, including cloud infrastructure providers, telephony carriers, large language model (LLM) providers, and payment processors. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by us.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued adherence to this Privacy Policy.

5. AI and Voice Data Processing

As an AI voice agent platform, we process voice data and conversations. Here is how we handle this sensitive information:

  • Voice Processing: Call audio is processed in real time to enable AI-driven conversations. Audio is transmitted over encrypted channels and processed in secure environments.
  • Transcription: Calls are transcribed automatically using speech-to-text models. Transcripts are stored in your account and are not used to train our models unless you explicitly opt in.
  • LLM Processing: Our AI models process conversation context and transcripts to generate responses. LLM providers receive text transcripts, not raw audio, by default.
  • Call Recording Retention: Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default. You may configure a different retention period through your account settings or request earlier deletion.
  • Opt-Out: You may disable call recording, transcription, or AI processing for specific campaigns or numbers through your account configuration.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Call Recordings: 90 days from the date of the call (configurable by account administrators).
  • Call Transcripts: Duration of your active account, unless deleted earlier by you.
  • Account Information: Duration of your active account, plus 30 days after account closure for data export.
  • Billing Records: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting compliance.
  • Website Analytics: 26 months from collection.
  • Backup Copies: Up to 30 days after deletion from the primary system.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: Request that we restrict the processing of your data under certain conditions.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

8. International Data Transfers

Our Service is primarily operated and data is primarily processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We implement appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, to ensure your data receives adequate protection during international transfers.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

  • Access to systems and data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with multi-factor authentication.
  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing are conducted.
  • We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.
